Exchanges: We accept exchanges. The fastest and most efficient way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you currently have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This process ensures the item you want is in stock and shipped to you as quickly as possible.

1. Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)

As a consumer purchasing online, you have a legal right to cancel your order (change your mind).

For health and hygiene reasons, products such as duvets, pillows, mattress protectors, and mattress toppers can only be returned if they are unopened and their original sealed packaging remains intact. If the packaging seal is broken, we cannot accept the return unless the item is faulty.

4. Refunds and Processing

  • Delivery Deduction: We will refund the full price of the goods plus the cost of our standard delivery service. If you chose an enhanced delivery service (e.g., guaranteed next-day delivery), we will only refund the cost of our standard delivery service.
