Order Communication and Tracking

To keep you informed about your purchase, we provide the following communications:

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an Order Confirmation Email immediately after placing your order successfully.

  • Order Dispatched Email (with Tracking): You will receive a separate Order Dispatched Email, which will include your tracking number, within 24 hours of placing your order.

    • Note on Timing: Orders placed between Monday and Friday will receive their dispatch email the next business day. Orders placed after the cutoff time of 2:00 pm GMT on Friday will be processed and dispatched on the next business day (Monday).
